Shipping Policy:

Products are shipped within 2 days. Orders placed on Friday, will be shipped the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Holidays will be shipped the next business day. All orders will be shipped from our Hazelton PA distribution Center.

Returns:

Occasionally shipping errors occur or an item is damaged in the mail.

When that happens, please call 1-800-346-0749, or e-mail customer service at  customerservice@allpets.com

Please be sure to request a Return Authorization Number as no returns will be accepted without one.

Follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip.

Please return merchandise via UPS, FedEX or insured mail. CODs will not be accepted.

A restocking fee may apply to items being returned if returned after the 30 day return policy has expired, or if returned in a non-resalable condition.
